Warranty registration and product warranty

Tulikivi grants a five-year (5) limited warranty to products sold under the Tulikivi brand, provided that the customer fills in the electronic warranty card on the Tulikivi website at www.tulikivi.com/owner. Without registration the warranty period is two (2) years.

Maintenance, repair and spare parts service

Does your old fireplace need maintenance and repairs? Our maintenance service can often repair and carry out maintenance on an old fireplace to make it good as new at a reasonable cost. Submit a maintenance request with our nearest dealer.
