Terms of warranty

We grant a five (5) year limited warranty on fireplaces sold under the Tulikivi brand, provided that you have registered your fireplace. Without warranty registration the warranty is two (2) years.

  • Soapstone fireplaces Karelia, Jero, Classic
  • Ceramic fireplaces Kermansavi
  • Convection fireplaces Pielinen and stone components of wood-burning stoves

By registering your Tulikivi fireplace, you will activate a (3) three-year additional warranty for your product.  Fill in the mandatory fields marked with *. At the bottom of the page, under the terms of warranty text, please tick the box next to ‘I have read and agreed with the terms and conditions’. The ‘Accept and Save’ button will then be activated to save the warranty registration. We will send a message about the warranty registration to the email address you provided within 24 hours. If you do not receive a message in your inbox, we recommend that you check that the message has not gone to your spam mailbox. You can register your warranty again if you can’t find the message there either.
