Fireplace coating

With the Tulikivi Color fireplace coating you can change the colour of your soapstone fireplace to make it white. The coating can be used to coat both new soapstone fireplaces and those that have already been in use for many years. The coating package contains all the materials needed to coat a Tulikivi fireplace. All you need is some detergent, paper towel and cardboard to protect the area around the fireplace. If there is noticeable surface damage on the fireplace, it is worth buying a separate repairing material (e.g. Pakla Soft Plastic mastic). The coating package contains detailed instructions.

You can also purchase the coating service as a turnkey service, in which a Tulikivi fireplace installer will take care of the work from start to finish. The coating service includes the cleaning of the fireplace, removing and reinstalling of the doors, cleaning of the seams and filling them with Tulikivi Color grout, and coating with Tulikivi Color.

The Tulikivi Color surface can be repaired if it has become chipped or permanently stained over time. A fireplace that has been coated once can also be recoated.
